The E-Z 96® X-press Blood RNA Kit is designed for fast, high-throughput purification of total RNA from whole blood samples. The system uses an innovative procedure that can directly lysis cells. The protocol eliminates the need for an RBC Lysis step that is commonly used in other Blood RNA methods. Purified RNA can be directly used in most downstream applications such as RT-PCR.
